WANTED: Ground floor room or garage to rent for furniture storage

Hi there. I’m coming near to the time when I’m going to have to put my mum’s furniture in storage as I’m close to completion with selling her house. I’m not keen on going to the usual storage places - I want to keep things simple, without access codes, fobs, some of them only having units that you have to take a lift up to etc (stressful). Maybe there is someone who’s children have flown the coup and they have a big house with a spare ground floor room they’re not using which I could rent to store my furniture in. I think I’ll need it soon’ish, for about 6 months. 100sq ft. All the furniture is antique/retro, so I just need somewhere dry for it. Can anyone help?
