SORTED Christmas House Sitter available

Anyone need a house sitter at Christmas? My mother in law will be here 24th - 27th/28th and we don 't have a spare bedroom so before we book air bnb can we help anyone out? She’ll only really be sleeping there so no need to worry about big heating bills!
EDIT - my partners brother now joining so 2 bed! Pet care no problem
