Northern Line Bank Branch Closure

Just when you thought it was safe to travel to London Bridge - News from TfL:

The Northern line (Bank branch) will be closed between Kennington and Moorgate from 15 January to mid-May 2022. This is due to work we are doing to substantially improve the capacity at Bank station.

During the closure:

• There will be no Northern line at four stations: Bank, London Bridge, Borough and Elephant & Castle
• There will be fewer Northern line trains between Camden Town and Moorgate
• Some other lines and stations will be exceptionally busy

At least there’s Thameslink for getting to Kings Cross (and I never thought I’d be saying that…).
