Howdy. Suddenly the website isn’t coming up at all on Internet Explorer (v11). Entire window blank below the toolbar. Everything else I’m doing web-wise is fine. Thoughts? Thanks! (This was posted on my iPhone)

This site is currently crashing Chrome browser. Ok in Edge and Safari.
53.0.2785.116m which I think is latest on desktop.
Ah, I’m at work and can’t upgrade my Chrome - will investigate when I get home this eve.

Thanks. I found the plugin responsible for the IE problem and have reported to the plugin author, who’s been fast to fix issues in the past.

Thanks for the report @Fran. Which browser are you using on Android, please, and what are you seeing exactly (blank screen?)
Tested on Chrome (version 52.0.2743.98) on Android (OS 6.0.1; SM-G930F Build/MMB29K) - I see no problems. Site loads just fine.
I think I had the same problem, after leaving the site open for some time on Chrome (53.0.2785.116). It seems now to have recovered however.

Seems okay - I will check with a long-lived browser session.

Yes, to clarify, have just killed browser tab and am now using Chrome to post this. The crashes have occurred when having other tabs open and have noticed when returning to the browser. Have killed and reloaded the browser a number of times and the problem has returned. Will see if the pattern continues.
Hi another internet explorer user here. Was fine until a week ago now I get a blank screen I.E. 11 version 11.0.9600.18426
I think that an Office update may have triggered this, bizarrely. It happened again but then I did a cold start, now all ok again. Sorry if that caused any consternation @anon5422159 - hope it helps others.
God knows what browser. All I can see the se23 logo at the top.

Update: The plugin author has taken in my fix and I’ve deployed the latest version on SE23.life
