I know you may feel saturated with yoga options! But this class is starting every Saturday at St Georges church in Vancouver road with Fausto next Saturday at 11am . He’s a wonderful teacher (You may have met him at Forest Hill Pools…).
It’s a well rounded, fairly dynamic class and open to everyone… if your are new to yoga then plenty of modifications and care taken!

I went to this class today and it was great.
As an absolute beginner, I was nervous but Fausto was great at showing me what I should be doing without losing the rhythm of the class for those who were much better.
Definitely recommend!
