Studio/light industrial premises needed for sustainable flower start up

I founded a flower start-up in 2020 called Uncut Stems, which is on a mission to make British flowers accessible and reduce reliance on overseas stems where the carbon footprint can be 10x larger at more than 30kg per bunch.

It’s an exciting time for the business after our first full season. We have huge demand are currently in the process of finalising investment to expand operations in London. As part of this I am looking for a larger studio/warehouse.

I’m still getting a feel for the sort of size I need but have 600-1000sqf in mind. I’m currently based in Catford and would love to keep the business in south east London.

If anyone has any recommendations I’m all ears!

No idea on availability or size, but have you tried the Malham Industrial Estate?

I know there are a few warehouses in Beckeham on Cricket Lane, one was up for lease quite a few months ago but think it’s taken now, not sure if there is any more space, if it got split up.

Good luck!
