Tree cutting on Valentine Court?

Upon coming home from work, there seems to be a tree cutter/wood chipper at one end of the estate.
Has anybody been informed about works being done?

It looked to me that the work was being done on the trees that belong to 106 Perry Vale, but they were using the estate roads for the chipper.
