Castlebar new use

The Castlebar care home on Sydenham Hill seems to have closed last year. Does anyone know what it is being used for now? Asking for a friend not on the forum.

Under Excelcare it had been a care home for older people and people with dementia. When Excelcare closed the care home I spoke to a member of staff who told me it was going to remain a care home, but for with “high dependency needs”, but that would no longer include the elderly. But I’m afraid I’ve rather lost touch with what happened and who is housed there now.
