Great stuff but Dalmain is far from being the only school doing this sort of thing. For instance, up he road, St William of York is a “Forest School” where, in addition to this, children learn in the woods one day every week.
Yes Kilmorie School does Forest School too, and has a dedicated ‘wild garden’ area of the playground.
We are fortunate, there are quite a few places in this area which run forest-school type activities, including Mayow Park, Devonshire Road nature reserve, Wild Cat wilderness, and Dacres Wood.
