You’d be living with two lovely guys - Pietro and Nitesh, both working professionals. There are also two friendly cats that live here, Timba and Negra.
There is ample communal space, with a decent sized living room opening onto a huge patio and garden, with BBQ and patio seating. The kitchen has an electric hob and double oven. A new toilet and bathroom suite is in the process of being fitted.
The room is to individuals only.
The house is kept clean and tidy, and the new tenant would be expected to do the same. It’s also a very sociable and friendly house, and we’ll occasionally spend an evening together over a bottle of wine.
In terms of location, it’s a 3 minute walk from Forest Hill station (zone 3), which is on the Overground, and there are direct trains into London Bridge and Victoria. There are also direct buses to Peckham, Dulwich and Brixton.
Forest Hill has loads of lovely bars and cafes, a large Sainsbury’s, a Co-op and there’s a swimming pool, gym and library just down the road from the house.
