Folks, has anyone tried commuting today?
Is the Overground line as problem-free as the TfL website suggests?
Is Southern running okay?
I need to go to Wimbledon and am thinking Southern straight to Clapham Junction then connect to Wimbledon. Plan B: Overground to Surrey Quays then Overground to CLJ.

Overground and National rail running…Canada water is closed and you have to change at Shadwell for Canary wharf according to the platform announcements.
Just on final stretch into CHX. Got 0852 from FOH and pretty much like normal day. Interchange at LBG easy. No probs on this route.

I did this early today and it was super quiet, imagine it got busier later on.
Took a Forest Hill to Victoria train. Not only was it on time but it was quiet. Tomorrow though…

Looks like I timed it well, though: this is from the BBC website: “Clapham Junction station was evacuated due to overcrowding.” Now just roll that sentence around in your mind for a few minutes and savour the delicious irony.

Yep. As I was arriving into LBG they were announcing trains would be non-stopping at Clapham Junction.
