Traffic at a standstill in Sydenham

Kirkdale, Sydenham High Steet, Westwood Hill, Crystal Palace Park Road and surrounding areas are all grid locked with drivers doing u-turns and getting narky.

Anyone know what’s up?

A section of Crystal Palace Park Road is closed due to a diesel spill. Might that be it?
