Thames Water fitted our meter yesterday, under the pavement. This morning we had no hot water… not the gentlest way to wake up! Anyone else had similar issues? We’re in HOP.

No hot water is a problem with your boiler, not the mains. DId you check the boiler after the work was done? It may need re-repressurized if the water was off for a while yesterday.
Yes had same thought. Could also check whether pilot light has gone out. We also had smart meter fitted yesterday, no such problems. @AgentBlonde hope you get your hot water back soon!

Thanks everyone. I’ve just adjusted the boiler pressure (rather proud of myself there) and all much improved.
