Toilets at The Horniman Triangle

My 5yr old daughter needed to use the toilet. I asked for the key for the toilets next to the cafe. Only to be told that it’s for customers. Since they are situated in a public park, shouldn’t it be right that everyone has access to them?

Yes, they are for everybody and the idea of preventing a 5 year old using the toilet stinks!
