Looking for safe premises to teach drums (1 room or more) in Forest Hill area

Hi,
I have been teaching drums in Forest Hill for about 12 years to students of all ages and have moved my school to Penge 3 years ago, where we have a fully sound proofed studio. The school has expanded; we now are 3 teachers and are opened 7 days a week. I need additional space to cater for new students and would like to be in Forest Hill or nearby.
I need such space on a full time basis and long term. One room is good, 2 even better.

Hi @CaptMorgan - while I can’t offer and advice on any suitable local premises. If you do find somewhere to set up shop within Forest Hill, can you please let me know? I know a certain little boy who would like to give drumming a go. Thanks!

We have premises in Forest Hill, opposite Kilmorie Primary School, which would be suitable for teaching your classes. We have a very large project room which is not attached to any other building, which would mean noise is not a problem!

The school is full but during the summer holidays we’ll have plenty of slots available.
For now it is in Penge… close to East and West Penge stations.
