It’s our regular last Saturday of the month Open Day tomorrow, from 1.00 to 4.00 pm
Having tried out the rubber dinghy donated by @Anotherjohn Tuesday, I will be making another attempt to clear the duckweed from the deep end of the pond - help scooping the stuff up will be welcome
The Friends group have also been monitoring moths in the reserve, and will be able to share with visitors more information about what we have found.

I also notice from Facebook that the Friends of Garthorne Road Nature reserve, the same side of the railway track, but the other side of Forest Hill station, also have an Open Day at the same time - so a chance to see both
