New, unused, Youngman 3 way combi ladder for sale

I’ve got an unused Wickes Youngman ladder for sale.
I bought the ladder new from Wickes Catford, unpacked it only to discover that the bottom rung was to wide to fit on my landing which meant I couldn’t use the ladder for painting my ceiling!
Wickes wont take the ladder back or offer refund (even after numerous calls with their customer support team), so I’m looking to sell the ladder and find something smaller.

I paid £80 for it new and I’m hoping to get £70 for it now (as it’s unwrapped) - but open to sensible offers.
