Would anyone here have any experience or recommendations of local lawyers who specialise in Residential Property? There are many issues going on in the flats where I live, which I feel I need some professional help with.

I second that. We used them when selling and they were very good. My other half recommends them to clients and the feedback has been positive. Plus, they are a 30 minute bus ride from FH right to their door.
