I cannot find the motivation I need to go swimming, running, yogaing etc. I just know I need to get on with it!
Can anyone recommend a personal trainer?

I don’t know anyone but you could try Crystal Palace Triathletes - you’d get people who would help you going and coaching as well.

Adam Double from Twist Studios on D Rd is definitely one of the best in SE London

if you sign up to fitness first they assign you a trainer. you have weekly session and it’s all included in the monthly membership fee

Hi janebm - I use Bodyshot PT. I met with Leanne a few years ago and have been doing so once a week ever since and recommend it highly. I have had a number of the team over the 3 or so years and always felt comfortable. Sessions tend to be either in a park or a back garden - I do mine on the patio - you don’t need much space.
I’d like to think I have the motivation to do the exercise myself - but I’m not that person and having Antonia turn up at my house religiously is a good (the only) way for me to be fit:

Thanks very much for your suggestions! how lovely to get such a positive
response (I’m new to the whole forum thing)
I’ll let you know how I get on I guess!
