Landlines / Broadband issues on or around Brockley Rise?

Hello. We’ve just come back from holiday to no phone or Internet. BT estimate is fix by end of 11th April.

I know there were some roadworks on Brockley Rise whilst we were away - did anyone else have issues or is this co-incidence?
