The latest in depth study of the Bristol speed limit reduction shows massive savings to the taxpayer, 4 lives per year and countless injuries saved by the reduced speeds of traffic in that city. Volunteer speed gunnery would help us to benefit from this too.

What I like about Community Speed Watch is that the penalty is proportionate to the offence. For driving over 24mph you receive a simple warning letter.
