I didn’t want to post this beforehand on here, as I didn’t want anyone thinking I was trying to get free advertising for this event (did post it on my own social media).
I didn’t charge for this event tonight as it was what I think is young people (around 20ish) trying to better themselves & expressing their bad & good life experiences through music to help others. Some lyrics were really powerful & sad for people this young to have came across IMO.
Anyway on a good note there was a massive turn out & I hope this can be something we can continue to grow, I’ve grabbed everyone’s contact details from this evening & hope myself & any others that want too can work with them again in the future.
There’s not much going on for this age group in our area. I hope we can change this as they’ve all said they’re happy to get involved in the community.
So glad I done this tonight & NO no one was allowed near my sweets, but the performers were allowed to perform behind my counter 
ETA This was a very positive and amazing evening from all involved, I loved it
