Not sure if this actually comes under crime…this afternoon on London Road & over to the Station, there were 3 young light skin colour young women (not English) reasonably dressed for this weather asking for money to buy something to eat. I was only asked by one as I came across from the station, but she came right up to me & spoke very quietly as though she was going to ask directions. What concerned me was that they are young women. Does anyone think Sgt Biddle & his team should be alerted? I’m not sure how to, but am happy to do so.
