Antisocial behaviour/breach of social distancing

What’s the best way to report this? Currently have a local resident who has turned her doorstep into a social hub. They are really loud and clearly not part of same household. Happening on a regular basis

Don’t waste your time with the police. We have over twenty reports which our local team have told us cannot be enforced inside the property. Maybe things will change with the rule of six but not hopeful.
