Hi,
I’m one of the three friends who was trying to change the use of the Minimart in Honor Oak Park to open as a bar called One Tree Hill. Unfortunately, the council refused our change of use planning application and since then we’ve been looking at alternative options. We are so grateful for the support we received from local people and those on this forum keeping us positive throughout the process.
We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to hold events at the fantastic pop-up shop Pengetout on High St Penge.
We are going by the new name of Beer and Biltong and we are hosting our first event on Saturday 13th May at 3.30pm - 7pm. It is a Beer Tasting and Quiz event with a selection of biltong, tickets are £10 which you can buy directly from the shop Pengetout or they are available on eventbrite
There will also be a stall at the front of the shop from midday if anyone would like to purchase some beers and biltong to take away.
We would be extremely grateful if you could spread the word to anyone you know of who may be interested in coming along.
