Bins Not Collected in Honor Oak

On Wednesday our Green bin was not collected. I checked and it seems to be the whole street (brockley view). I know they’ve been round because they did the small grey food bin.
Tried contacting the council but there’s no getting through to them. Anyone know why they haven’t been done or if or when they will be?

Hi Luke,I would report it to the council online

Would say had 50/50 success as my bins regularly missed. Sometimes emptied next day after reporting. Other times they wait until next collection (but send street cleaner to deal with overflow).
