Black bins not enough

Hi I am not sure who I speak to i live on the main standstead road and when our bins get empty by the time during the week comes I can’t put on non as they already full please help me

I did it recently and it took less than a week to arrive although looks like there’s a bit of a delay at the moment.

I’m still waiting for one ordered over a month ago - but they may have forgotten about me, as I have already received the “How Did We Do?” email!

Before Christmas my other half was advised it would take a month to get a new bin.
