Dance Dance Party Party - new weekly dance/exercise session @ The Signal

Calling all ladies! Join us upstairs at The Signal pub, opposite Forest Hill station, for an hour of uninterrupted dancing as you please, each Monday 7-8PM, starting Monday 15th May.

Come and dance off your Monday blues to an hour-long playlist with tunes from the 50s through to today (requests encouraged!), and everything inbetween. Think of it like an exercise class with no teacher and no routine - you’re just working out to your favourite songs.

Suggested donation £5 with all proceeds going to the charity “Arts Emergency”.

This is excellent! I’m currently taking a Monday evening dance class but the teacher is moving away at the end of this term and I had been meaning to find a replacement. And I already support (and love) Arts Emergency, what a bonus! Thanks for sharing this
