Devonshire Road Nature Reserve is hoping to rebuild its visitor centre, and has a bid in for up to £25,000 from the Aviva community fund. I’m sure they would welcome as many locals as possible registering to award up to ten votes to the project here: https://www.avivacommunityfund.co.uk/voting/project/view/4-2257#plus.
You do need to register to allocate your votes, but it didn’t seek any more info than my name and email address in the process.
If you’re not familiar with the DRNR it’s an amazing facility that has helped introduce both my daughters to the wonders of the great outdoors. There’s more information about the reserve and this project on the link above.
