Fires in Honor Oak Sports and Recreation Ground

This wooden park bench was set alight last night. With petrol accelerant.Hole in grass 3m wide was still burning this morning. Last week 3 bins set alight in rec ground. Be vigilent.

Oh no! That area is already feeling unloved and this doesn’t help. So close to the well used swings too. Probably explains the fire tender near the station this morning.

Yes I called them as was still burning in 4 places. I could smell petrol. I was concerned because of proximity to childrens park and was quite windy. Apparantly there was a fire in poo bin near telly tubby bit last week and several poo bins near closed off area too. Ive posted to peckham rye park in case they move on. But thats a good few fires in a couple weeks !
