Forest Hill Smells Like Bleach

Or at least that is according to the Londonist today.

I think it smells like sunshine and rainbows. What do you think Forest Hill smells like?

Funnily enough I tend to smell sweets the most in FH

Jojoba oil and Jasmine.

Thank God it doesn’t smell of drain, like most of central London between 18.00 and 19.00… I assume they flush the sewers around then… it’s definitely distinctive.

Quite often the Dartmouth Road end of Forest Hill smells like cat biscuits, especially early in the morning. Apparently someone smokes fish nearby and that is the cause. It is not madly pleasant.

There is a pet food company on the industrial estate.

ah, well perhaps that is it then; interesting.
