Friends of Baxter Field is hosting its inaugural AGM is on Thursday, March 29th at 8pm at the Forest Hill Library. The AGM will include a financial update and the election of the Steering Committee. Please get in touch if you would like to join our Committee as more members are warmly welcomed!
In order for our AGM to be official we need at least 10 people present so please do come along. We promise it will be an interesting evening and not too long!
The rest of the meeting will include discussions on the Spring Big Dig event planned for Sat 20th May (from 11am-2pm) where we will be making bug hotels, a stag beetle loggery and laying a bark chipping path to create a nature trail in the woodland areas and much more. We will also discuss our plans for the FH Assembly and the Tesco Bags of Help Fund monies.
