The Friends of Garthorne Road Nature Reserve are opening the reserve to the public there is limited places available of 6 members per family and 18 persons including children per hour on-site and a booking system in place on a first come first serve basis and can be found on the main nature reserve website Garthorne Road Nature Reserve if you don’t book you will be refused entry.

Please follow these instructions

  1. Please arrive on time.
  2. Stay 2m apart from other visitors.
  3. Please ensure you inform the volunteer your name so we cansign you in and out.
  4. Please wear a mask or facecovering.
  5. Children under 5 don’t need to wear facemask.
  6. Use the hand sanitiser or use your own.
    7 Follow the site signage and instruction from volunteers
  7. Try and not touch the hand rails too much.

Please either walk or cycle if possible you can secure your bike inside the reserve limited space available and avoid using public transport.

Garthorne Road Nature Reserve it totally run and maintained by volunteers in partnership with Lewisham Council, are you interested in getting involved in Friends of Garthorne Road Nature Reserve (FoGNNR) volunteering as a committee n the member, helping open the reserve to the public or assist in managing the reserve on the monthly workday?.
