Jumble Trail comes to SE23 [80+ stalls]

SE23 will host its first Jumble Trail this June. Jumble Trail is a community event where people sell their unwanted goods- (bric-a-brac, music, toys, clothes, books, tools, plants and cakes) from a tabletop outside their home. A map is printed with locations of sales across SE23.

Simply follow the trail and bag a bargain or have a Spring clear out and book a stall. Meet your neighbours and make some dosh.

We will also be raising money for two local charities- Sydenham Garden and Lewisham Food Bank.

Let’s make this a BIG event!

Oh wonderful! I am definitely in! Really looking forward to this and hope others on my council estate take part also.
Just booked 2 tickets/stalls but am wondering what “1 stall” entails/means, size wise? What are the operating hours? Stall holders vs public?
Will people be allowed to bring stuff out onto the street/nearby?
We have a little “private ring road” here, around my block, which is 1 of 3 blocks of our very small estate. It is “gated off” and no need for any service vehicles to access during the weekend, so might be fine for anyone wanting to put tables out and to not obstruct pavements? Hopefully there will not be issues for the council tenants and private tenants/owners who live within Shackleton Close.

SE23 JUMBLE TRAIL LOCATIONS

Hi, I booked and paid for, 2 slots/spaces/tables for this event,(back in March) which is taking place this Sunday 9th June, then found out very quickly that my sister (in another part of Forest Hill) was going to be away at the time, so would not be able to take part. I emailed to let the organisers know but they said No Refunds. If there is anyone out there, in SE23 (especially if you live in Shackleton Close but anyone else welcome also) who would like the spare space, free (NO further PAYMENT needed) please let me know and I will ask them to add you to the map (they said I could do this).
