Local venue hire

I’m looking for recommendations on local venues to hire. The venue needs to accommodate about 100-125 people and have a bar. Looking for something with some character (of course) and preferably with some small performance space such as a stage. Already under consideration is the Signal (upstairs) which may be just a bit small, or the Peckham Liberal Club which may be a bit big. Could be a community space or a pub which might be willing to go private hire for a Saturday.

The EDT has a fairly large upstairs space with a bar and a corner that can for a good stage.
