Looking for a 2 bed for rent

After nearly 6 years at my current place (where my landlords live above me and we share the garden) they are sadly selling up meaning that I am looking for a 2 bedroomed property locally to rent within the next 3 months. Ideally a long term rental that we can treat as, and call, our home. I have exceptional references and treat any property as if it were my own. Maximum budget £1400.
