Loud working noise

I find it shocking how people are allowed to start making loud noise with powerful tools especially on public holidays.

Seriously no thought to how selfish that sounds and to only just start it now.

Just found out the below information from neighbour who also was wondering where the noise was coming from!

General construction work should be restricted to the following hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Saturdays 8am to 1pm. Noisy work is prohibited on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The peace is lovely now they have stopped or someone has said something. Thank you kindly… I can now enjoy my wine in garden and read my book happy days!!
