Neighbour’s Ice Cream Van

Apologies if I’ve joined the wrong forum, but I definitely agree electric charging points would be of considerable benefit to the environment and health of people. We have an ice cream van owner who lives opposite and has his engine running every morning and night and when he pops home. It’s noisy, causes vibrations and even though I don’t see black smoke, I’m sure it can’t be great for the environment. Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do? I don’t think the council are interested if it runs for less than half hr on a regular basis. (Also hard to prove but I believe the vibrations have caused damage to the pavement outside and to our concrete, arguably it might not be related at all)
