Yeh, I haven’t read it through properly, but I think the above article must have been referring to this shop, together with our Santander and Barclays, as making-up 25% of the financial institutions that had already planned back in 2017 to move to Dublin because of Brexit. I might be wrong though };^)~

They are closing because a presence on the high street is no longer essential. Not because of Brexit

How times are changing Catford is booming with new start ups a monthly Sunday food and street food market people used to mock the area. So it’s not really surprising that Forest Hill is becoming a second or third choice destination.

Catford had a £10M cash injection from central government, which is paying for its regeneration over the next few years. Really great to see some much-needed investment in the area.
