More New Classes!

We had lots of fun at Blythe Hill Festival and were so grateful to meet and chat with so many of you! We heard your feedback and have added more family-friendly classes to our schedule…

Pilates for Parents | Wednesday | 09.30-10.30 | Eleni Molida-McEwan
A class designed using the Body Control Pilates method specifically for mums!
Strengthen your core, improve your posture and help your back, neck and shoulders counter the effects of carrying your little ones around. This is a chance for you to focus on your body, reconnect your breath to movement and get stronger and leaner in the process.
Suitable for new mums who have had their postnatal checkup and have been cleared to exercise.

Mum & Baby Yoga | Tuesday | 13.30 - 14.30 | Anna Ferla
Mum and baby yoga helps to re-energise, re-balance your emotions and generally nurture self-confidence. Classes are taught in a relaxed and fun atmosphere and they are open to everybody with babies from 6 weeks+ (8 weeks in the case of C-section). Mum and baby yoga also offers you a great opportunity to share a special time with your baby as well as with other mums and their little ones.
