I notice the Access Self Storage building is now complete by Bell Green.
I seem to recall quite a few people looking for workspace and it looks like they also offer this - no idea on the cost but for those looking to not work from home might be an option - a short cycle from FH or HOP, and a good walk dependant on where you are. Takes me about 10 minutes to cycle leisurely from HOP.
