New takeaway on Brockley Rise: Everest Spice

Tried this new (or nearly new at least) Nepalese place the other day and thought it was quite tasty. Any one else had it?

Does anyone know if this place is owned by the same people who ran it in its previous incarnation - Rice & Spice?

If so, I think I’ll wait until it has a new health inspection carried out, as Rice & Spice scored 0 out of 5 in a March 2016 inspection - see http://ratings.food.gov.uk/authority-search/en-GB/^/SE23/desc_rating/0/lewisham/^/0/1/10

Ha! My stomach just lurched a little reading that. It seems like a fair question to ask although if the owners are new i’m sure they aren’t wild about the comparison.

hi everyone.we are completely new owner and we are also waiting for the food inspection to be carried out at our place.
we have already informed the lewisham council about our business.
