On the subject of ‘noise’, Hovis are now using 100% electric lorries to deliver to Sainsbury’s in FH

This morning I saw, but barely heard, a Hovis Bakery lorry delivering to Sainsbury’s in FH. Almost totally silent and makes a huge difference in noise/air pollution for those of us living near Sainsbury’s. Not having diesels backing up and idling near the house is a huge step forward. Now all we need are electric aircraft…

Let’s just hope they’re not hitting any cars on the way in.
