I think we all need to now seriously follow the advice of “staying at home” and proper “social distancing”. I have friends in HK and in Italy who are suffering the effects of a real enforced lockdown.
For how to stay fit and healthy at home during this crisis there are many online “programs” (make sure they have some actual credentials), I can also offer advice and encouragement if needed.
