We have two large framed pictures that need hanging on to solid concrete walls and it is a bit beyond our DIY talents. We are looking for a handyperson who is able to hang these pictures for us and also fit a battery operated smoke alarm on a ceiling. A concrete drill is probably needed!

You might want to consider using masonry picture hangers. You can check their recommended weight against your pictures. They just hammer quite easily into the wall.
