Police helicopter over brockley rise / Stondon park

Hey - does anyone know why there’s a police helicopter flying very very low over brockley rise / Stondon park? Been flying around for about 15 mins

i imagine they are chasing criminals. Loud isn’t it.

Seems to always be at the exact same time every week 9-10pm. I looked up it’s flight path last night as it was driving me slightly bonkers…
