I voted for a park as I was under the impression housing or a school wouldn’t be possible on a contaminated site. I’d vote for housing if I thought it was a viable option.
I don’t think viability is an issue. One option is Waitrose (not sure why anybody would think that is viable), and the current leader is a Bakerloo line terminus (even I’m not optimistic enough to vote for that)

How contaminated are we talking here (from 1, being “Don’t drink pond water”, to 10, being Fukushima/Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles)?
