Are you a woman between 21-28 weeks pregnant and have experienced repetitive negative thoughts or worry?

We are a small research team based at the King’s College campus in Denmark Hill, and we want to hear from women who are between 21 and 28 weeks pregnant, who find themselves worrying about the future, or mulling over past events, to help us with some new research into understanding anxiety and low mood in pregnancy.

When conducting research, it is important for us understand the needs and experiences of those who are going to participate. We are currently designing a research project, and would like to invite pregnant women in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy for an informal chat to:

• Share their views and experiences
• Offer their advice on materials, such as questions or scenarios, that will be used in our upcoming research
• Help us ensure that the study is conducted in a respectful and comfortable manner for future participants

The chat will take no more than an hour of your time, and will be very casual. It will be based in the Henry Wellcome building of the King’s College campus, Denmark Hill (right next to King’s College Hospital, about 20-25mins on the 185 or 176). All those who participate will be compensated £15, plus travel expenses, for their time.

All the information will be kept anonymous and will not be seen by any persons outside of the research team. No personal information will be recorded or kept on file.

If you are interested in taking part, or would like more information, please get in touch via my email:
