RTA on Perry Hill at Lescombe Road Junction

Knew I was tempting fate on commenting that since intro of 20mph limit we have had virtually zero incidents on this bend and junction.

White fastback has come round bend at speed, lost control and looks like it crashed over second traffic island.

No other vehicles involved and driver walked from vehicle.

Front suspension and wheels are splayed and vehicle is not drive-able.

Buses and other vehicles negotiating there way around wreckage…

I have to be honest, with the recent changes in the weather every day, I am surprised there have not been a few more like that.
Glad no one seems hurt, hopefully not too much of a mess to clean up and make safe.

Half the drivers up that road ignore the 20MPH - doing double it in several cases. Someone overtook me on Perry Hill the other day - less safe than the old 30MPH.
