Six-month short-let needed in SE23

Hi
We are doing work on our place and looking for a short-term let in SE23 (we are in Honor Oak, off Dunoon Rd) or as close as possible for six months. Ideally a two-bed place but would consider a one-bed if there’s a sofa bed.
Looking for a quiet space. We have a 17-month-old daughter. We are a professional couple - one working in PR and one in healthcare. We don’t have a massive budget.
